Here’s my collection of photographs which were taken in last five years . The idea is to explore a hidden world which is usually secluded from our eyes and perception. It’s something we see everyday ; yet we do not see it. Few of these pictures are my attempt to give new perspective to things we see everyday.

This picture was taken while I was attempting to capture the effects of lights and shadows on various inanimate objects. This is natural light falling on translucent vase with protruding ribs across its circumference. The shot was captured from the top to explore the hidden treasure of patterns in the womb of  vase.

This shot was taken on a cloudy night where full moon was hidden behind the clouds for most of the time. My patience paid off when wind blew away the cloud momentarily and shy moon bloomed to the glory for few minutes.  It’s like Moon has torn the dark fabric of night to expose its hidden self.

This happened while I was taking shots of all fruits. My idea was to show the sectional view of papaya with part of its hidden core. When showed to a professional photographer friend of mine, first thing he uttered was ” vaginal papaya”. No offence readers but this was really a new dimension to hidden perspective.

This was clicked in local community park in Brampton. I’m sure most of us must have witnessed it somewhere sometimes. I have seen most of the animals engaging in procreation but these insects were my first and only encounter. This was my only real glimpse in the hidden world of sexual behaviour of insects (leave aside National geography and discovery channel).

This shot was taken at Niagara falls (Canada).. There are many hidden rainbows against the horseshoe-shaped water-windows of Niagara falls. All one has to do is to focus on a portion of slightly visible spectrum and then whole rainbow emerge  from nowhere. They say your eyes should be equipped with beauty to witness these beautiful hidden rainbows.
