Last laugh (100 words fiction)

There was excitement in the camp when paratrooper was pushed in the Colonel’s office. Colonel wiped the sweat from his eyebrows on this hot-sultry-day and capitulated to his sadistic instincts.

“Beat the shit out of her. Then throw her in the hot bunker.”

The room was filled with the cry of agony. Colonel relished the scene of bloody face of POW.

Inside the hot-oven-like-bunker she sat lifeless waiting to be killed. There were six ear-piercing-explosions and door was blown away. She stepped out to witness devastated sight of the camp surrounded by her army force. She started laughing hysterically.
